Most questions have a faster route than this form. If you want to know where your SAP environment stands, take the Readiness Check. If you already have results and want to talk them through, book time with a SAP Enterprise Architect directly. Use the form below for anything else, a correction on an article, a question about our sourcing, a partner listing inquiry, or something we haven't built a dedicated page for yet.
What we ask for
Name and company. So we know who we're talking to and can route the message to the right person.
Your SAP environment. A short dropdown, ECC, S/4HANA on-premise or private cloud, S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, or not yet on SAP. This saves a round of back-and-forth before we can give you a useful answer.
What you need. Four options: Readiness Check questions, Talk to an Architect, Services inquiry, or General. Picking the right one gets your message to whoever actually handles it instead of a generic inbox.
Your message. Whatever you actually want to say, in whatever length that takes.
We reply within two business days. If you selected Readiness Check or Talk to an Architect, we'll usually just point you to the relevant page instead of starting a new conversation from scratch, since both already answer most questions faster than email does.
