New Joule agents in Finance and HR. The release includes agents designed to reduce billing-discrepancy resolution time by 75% and, according to results cited from retailer LC Waikiki, cut HR process cycle times by 40–60%.

Customers should ask what share of their total billing disputes the agent actually handles end-to-end versus flags for human review.
LC Waikiki's 40–60% HR cycle-time reduction is the strongest claim here because it names a specific customer and a specific outcome. That said, LC Waikiki operates at scale on SAP cloud — results at organisations with fragmented HR data or significant customisation are likely to differ.
The cross-module breadth is real, but depth varies. SAP's quarterly AI releases routinely span Finance, HR, and supply chain. The pattern is consistent, but individual features range from substantive agents to minor copilot additions. Customers should map each release to their active modules and licences before treating the roundup as directly applicable.
Data readiness remains the gating factor. Agents that act across billing, HR, and supply chain implicitly require reasonably clean, integrated master data.
