How We Vet SAP AI Implementation Partners
TL;DR
The published methodology behind our SAP AI partner directory: certifications checked, case study review, direct questionnaire, and update cadence.
Every listing, including our own, is checked against the same four criteria before publication.
We check:
- Certifications and delivery credentials: confirmed SAP partner status, Joule Studio certification where claimed, and named RISE or GROW with SAP delivery experience, not just general S/4HANA history.
- Public case studies: we review only engagements a partner has published or that appear in SAP's own customer references. We don't cite unverifiable client claims, and a partner without any public case study is marked as such rather than assumed capable.
- A direct questionnaire: sent to every partner before listing, covering team size on AI-specific engagements, clean-core migration approach, and how they handle a failed pilot. Partners who decline to respond are listed with a note that the questionnaire is outstanding.
- Update cadence: every listing is re-verified quarterly, checking certifications, case studies, and contact details. A listing that goes two verification cycles without a response is flagged as stale on the profile itself rather than quietly removed.
Our own Implementation Services entry goes through this identical process, reviewed by someone outside that team, and carries the same "Featured Partner" badge criteria as everyone else. Flag any listing that looks out of date or a claim that doesn't check out — we'll re-verify it before the next scheduled cycle.
